At Vidi Corp, we know how frustrating it is when reporting projects drag on and dashboards end up gathering dust. Our Power BI accelerator is built to get you past that. We bring the frameworks, integrations, and dashboard templates we’ve sharpened across hundreds of BI projects, so you’re not starting from a blank page or paying us to figure things out as we go.
You’ll walk away with a Power BI environment that’s actually set up properly, a team that knows how to use it, and dashboards your business will genuinely rely on, not just open once and forget about.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. No scope creep halfway through.

Most businesses aren’t short on data. They’re short on ways to make it useful. That’s where we come in.
Vidi Corp’s Power BI consultants work alongside your team to build data models that hold up, dashboards people actually open, and reporting that connects properly to the systems you already use. Whether you’re starting fresh, tidying up a messy setup, or rolling Power BI out across the business, we’ll meet you where you are.
No jargon-heavy proposals. No endless discovery phases. Just clear advice and reporting that your business can rely on.
We plug Power BI into the tools your teams already work in, whether that’s your accounting platform, CRM, marketing stack, e-commerce store, databases, spreadsheets, APIs, or cloud data warehouse. Thanks to our ready-made Power BI connectors for tools like QuickBooks Online, ClickUp, Xero, Zoom, and Shopify, we can pull your data in automatically without building everything from scratch. That means a faster setup, lower costs, and a lot less custom development getting in the way.
A good dashboard is only as reliable as the data model behind it. Without a solid foundation, even the best-looking reports start to crack under pressure, slow down, or quietly produce numbers that don’t quite add up.
We take the time to get the fundamentals right. That means structuring relationships between your tables properly, building calculations and measures that hold up across different views, and setting up refresh logic so your data stays current without manual intervention. We also think ahead, designing your model in a way that can grow with you, whether that means adding new data sources, more users, or deeper analysis down the line.
The result? Power BI reports that are accurate, fast, and easy to maintain, so your team spends less time troubleshooting and more time acting on what the data is telling them.
Most BI rollouts don’t fail because of the technology. They fail because people never quite get comfortable using it. We’ve seen it too many times, so we’ve built our training to fix exactly that.
We run role-based Power BI training tailored to how people actually use the tool. There’s a track for report consumers who just need to filter, slice, and export with confidence, a deeper one for analysts building their own dashboards and reports, and an admin track for whoever’s looking after the tenant behind the scenes. Every session is recorded, the materials are yours to keep, and we follow up with office hours so questions don’t pile up unanswered or quietly turn into workarounds.
The goal is simple: by the time we step back, your team feels at home in Power BI, not stuck waiting for someone else to pull the numbers.
Self-service BI is brilliant when it works and a nightmare when it does not. We put guardrails in place from day one: certified datasets, naming standards, sensitivity labels, row-level security, a sandbox workspace for experimentation, and a published governance policy. The result is a culture where business users can build reports without IT losing sleep over data leaks or runaway capacity bills.
Running a retail business means juggling sales, stock, suppliers, staff, and customers, often across multiple channels and locations. Our Power BI Accelerator for Retail brings it all into one clear view, so you can stop digging through spreadsheets and start making faster, smarter calls.
We’ll get you up and running with sales dashboards built around what actually matters in retail: sales performance, inventory turnover, margin by product, store and channel comparisons, and customer behaviour. Pre-built integrations with platforms like Shopify, Xero, and QuickBooks mean your data flows in automatically, no manual exports required.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. A working Power BI setup that your team will rely on from day one.
Our Power BI Accelerator runs as four phases depending on complexity. You will have a single point of contact throughout, plus a senior consultant reviewing the architecture at each milestone. Nothing about the timeline is a black box.
Phase 1: Discovery and Data Audit
We sit with your stakeholders and walk through the source systems, the existing reports, and the questions that are not being answered today. We document data quality issues we find, agree on the scope, and produce a fixed plan for the remaining weeks. You leave the workshop with a clear picture of what good looks like.
Phase 2: Solution Design and Prototyping
Our consultants design the semantic model, build the data pipelines, and produce wireframe versions of the priority dashboards. You see prototypes early, feedback is incorporated as we go, and there are no surprise reveals at the end.
Phase 3: Build, Test and Deploy
This is where the production version comes together. We build the final reports, configure scheduled refreshes, set up security, and run user acceptance testing with your team. Anything that does not pass UAT gets fixed before deployment, not after.
Phase 4: Knowledge Transfer and Handover
The final phase is all about you. We run training, hand over documentation, walk through the support model, and agree on how you want to evolve the platform from here. You do not need us to keep the lights on, although we are happy to provide ongoing managed Power BI support if that suits you better.
Accelerators have become popular in business intelligence projects because they de-risk a category of work that has a long history of overruns. Here is what you actually get.
Proven Power BI Delivery Experience
We have delivered Power BI, automation, and data solutions across hundreds of businesses, from fast-growing SMEs to complex multi-entity organisations. That experience helps us anticipate reporting challenges early and apply best practices from day one.
Business Understanding, Not Just Technical Build
Our team does more than connect data and create visuals. We take time to understand what your leadership team needs to see, what your managers need to act on, and how reporting can support measurable business outcomes.
Ready-Made Integrations and Dashboards
We bring reusable components for common systems such as QuickBooks Online, Shopify, ClickUp, Xero, Zoom, and more. This reduces the need to build every connector, model, and dashboard from scratch.
Strong Microsoft Power Platform Expertise
Power BI often works best when connected with the wider Microsoft ecosystem. We can support Power BI alongside Azure SQL, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and API-based automation to create a more complete reporting and workflow solution.
A Power BI accelerator is a faster way to implement Power BI dashboards by using proven frameworks, reusable data models, pre-built integrations, and established dashboard structures. It helps businesses launch reliable reporting faster than starting every Power BI project from scratch.
