We provide a no-code solution that pulls data from the HubSpot API and stores it in an Azure SQL Server database. This setup enables seamless integration with Tableau via its native Azure SQL connector, ensuring reliable performance for large-scale datasets and giving clients the flexibility to implement advanced security controls within Azure.
Install
Find the HubSpot connector in our client portal and click “Install.” This action automatically creates all the necessary tables in your chosen database, and your HubSpot data will be seamlessly imported into them.

Wait for the data to sync
The first database refresh may take several hours as it imports all historical data. Future refreshes will finish within minutes. You can monitor the progress in the Refresh Status tab.
