Power Apps Booking System for Delta Airlines

A Power Apps Booking System was created where managers can see the PTO requests by their team members. They can also create a PTO request on behalf of their team members. Approved, pending and closed requests were shown to the managers. They could select a request and take an action on it by either approving it, declining or requesting more details.

  1. This is the landing screen for the Power Apps our developers created. This is the page where leaders can choose what to see or even, they can create a record on behalf of their employee, these all gets stored in SP list.

2. This screen is Power Apps details screen, it has 2 filters “date” and “department”, leaders can filter out the dashboard based on that, by default, the dashboard gets filtered based on the current date and also segregates between records which says approved, pending and declined, upon clicking the right arrow, they will be able to go to edit screen and approve/decline.

3. This is an edit screen where certain fields are locked for leaders where they cannot change anything, however the fields which are not greyed out, they can change and approve/reject based on that, this will trigger an automated email to employee stating that their request has been approved/rejected.
