The client is a company that sells online courses . They needed a report that would analyse the performance of one of their training programs and email marketing activity.

We wrote a Google App Script that automatically takes data from Active Campaign and Thrive Cart into Google Sheet every day. We then connected our Google Data Studio report to this Google Sheet and built reports from it.
This report analyses all the funnel stages for the leads before they sign up for a paid course. The client ran 5-day email-marketing campaign and wanted to analyse the conversions on every stage.
467 is the number of people to whom the promotion email was sent. Out of them 325 people opened the promotional email and 142 did not.
All the metrics show a comparison to the previous 14 day period.
The graph at the bottom shown the proportion of opened emails on every day of the campaign.
The report goes on by analysing how many users clicked on an email by day.
Click-through rate is analysed by date and the progression of click-through rate is shown by day of campaign.
Finally, the report analyses how many leads completed purchase. This is broken down to the users who clicked on all emails and those who only clicked on some.
This report analyses an activity on Prince 2 Agile Practitioner programme. It shows the progression of coupons, enrols, failures, profits, retakes and revenue by day.
This report analyses the key metrics of ITIL 4 Foundation course: Enrols, Coupon Costs, Failures, Profits, Retakes and Revenue.
There is also an option to filter the graphs by date range.
